Been about time I've drawn her in color !
After all Celestra's my favorite char. ^^
Originally I just wanted to doodle around a bit, meesing with her haircolor, which was black originally.
For that purpose I used colored pencil.
Guys, at this point I can tell you :
if you don't have pencils of good quality, don't use the ones that came along with your school etui !
When I saw that poor quality of the coloring, I just couldn't upload it that way and so I decided to give a real colorisation.
I had to try out several things and colors to see what would be best to color white fur.
In the end I found the solution and used a layer on top of one with white, which I used to fade in the lights and shadows.
In a lack of a better background I just toyed around with some brushes - doesn't look all too bad in my opinion.
But nonetheless I'm really pleased with the result.
